Everyday challenge, due to the responsibility that the job requires from each of us, due to the constant work in an environment of fast and increasingly different flow of people, due to combining passions or personal hobbies with the job itself, due to the unpredictability of the moment in a day, a day in a week, a week in a month and months in a year, due to magical as well as bad experiences and due to interpersonal connections in the team.
