BACK TO NATURE/FOREST BATH
The programme is implemented in the primary forests of the Upper Savinja Valley. A forest bath is a way to better health and well-being by spending time in the forest or in nature, and has many positive effects. These include: reducing stress, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, and boosting the immune system. Increasing cognitive and concentration skills, boosting creativity and increasing a sense of satisfaction, to name but a few.

BACK TO NATURE/ICE BATH
The programme takes place in the Savinja River or in the hidden pools and waterfalls of the Upper Savinja Valley. An ice bath is a method of relaxation, meditation and an overall boost to our well-being and immune system.

Included in the price: sauna, preparation and guidance for the ice bath, floor mat, towel, tea.

Location: lake in Menina camp, Savinja river in Menina camp. Departure by cable car at 14.30, return by cable car at 18.00 Possibility of transport by van or own transport.
