A daily challenge, because of the responsibility the job demands of each one of us, because of the constant work in an environment of fast and diverse people flow, because of the combination of passions or personal hobbies with the job itself, because of the unpredictability of the moment of the day, the day of the week, the week of the month and the month of the year, because of the magical but also bad experiences and because of the interpersonal cohesion of the team.
