HIKING

Golte: Guided tour of the Golte mountain and its main sights/2-3 hours.

Minimum number of persons: 6, maximum number of persons: 30

Price per person: €15 per person. The hike can be done with torches or lanterns.

BACK TO NATURE/FOREST BATH

The program is implemented in the primeval forests of the Upper Savinja Valley. A forest bath is a way to better health and well-being by spending time in the forest or nature, which has many positive effects. Among them are: reducing stress, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, and strengthening the immune system. Enhancing cognitive and focus skills and boosting creativity, a greater sense of satisfaction, to name a few.

Minimum number of persons: 4, maximum number of persons: 10

Price per person: €40 per person The price includes: meditative guidance, floor mat, tea.

Location: Trije Ploti and surroundings.

BACK TO NATURE/ICE BATH

The program is carried out in the Savinja River or in the hidden pools and waterfalls of the Upper Savinja Valley. An ice bath is a method of relaxation, meditation and overall strengthening of our well-being and immune system.

Minimum number of persons: 4, maximum number of persons: 10. Price per person: €55

The price includes: sauna, preparation and guidance for the ice bath, floor mat, towel, tea.

Location: lake in the Menina camp, Savinja river in the Menina camp. Departure by cable car at 2:30 p.m., return by cable car at 6:00 p.m. Possibility of transportation by van or own transport.
